Budding Afro-pop singer Kurl Songx has brought to the limelight that the inspiration behind his new song dubbed “911” which features Kojo Cue is a broken heart he got recently.
Kurl Songx has said that his latest music encompasses the details of the relationship; and how the lady sadly left him, therefore he is entreating his fans to listen to the song.
Speaking to Andy Dosty on Hitz FM monitored by Ghbase.com, the musician divulged that he has been secretly suffering from a broken heart.
He claims he was affected so badly that he began selling some things that he bought at high costs at low costs including his air conditioner.
“My new song is titled 911 because I have gotten a broken heart — to the extent that I have sold my air conditioner,” he said.
“As for broken heart, some people dey chop, so for me to sell my air conditioner, it means I have truly been broken” he added.
Talking about the lady in question, Kurl Songx said that the lady is a popular Ghanaian TikTok influencer and that if he mentions her name, everyone would know her.
According to him, he and the Titoker decided to make their relationship private because they needed some privacy, however, they loved each other so much that when the lady left him he was brokenhearted.
“She is popular on TikTok, therefore, when she left me, it pained me,” he said.
Adding that “In my circle, yes, for someone who likes to keep his things private, it was kept between us”.
Kurl Songx revealed that after the lady left him, he tried all means to make sure things worked again but all attempts to reconcile with her failed.
Meanwhile, the musician did not state what went wrong that the Tiktok influencer decided to call it a quit.
