Some concerned Ghanaians have sent some pieces of advice to comic Ghanaian actor, Funny Face.
Funny Face recently took to social media to let his fans know that things have not been well with him lately.
According to him, losing a lot of business deals has made him go bankrupt and he is unable to see his daughters for a long time.
Funny Face blamed himself for his current predicaments because according to him, he became ungrateful to some helpers.
Even though the veteran actor did not beg anyone for financial support, his story of depending on alms for survival has touched former Black Stars captain, Asamoah Gyan to pay a courtesy call on him.
Asamoah took a screenshot of Funny Face’s post and posted it on his Instagram page to bring to the limelight that he had been able to reach out to Funny Face.
He did not tell what transpired between the duo, he disclosed that he was touched by the story of Funny Face and decided to sort him out with some 1000 cedis.
Asamoah therefore publicly posted Funny Face’s mobile money number and implored Ghanaians; both the rich and the poor to follow suit.
Following this, concerned Ghanaians have taken to the comment section to advise Funny Face to utilize the money given to him.
Social media users believe the actor should start a business with the money so that he can get some profit from it.
One suggested that instead of spending the money, Funny Face could start selling erasers, and pencils among others to make a living.
Asamoah Gyan Starts Campaign to Raise Money for Funny Face
Former Blackstars striker Asamoah Gyan is calling on Ghanaians, both rich and poor, to pay a courtesy call on veteran comic actor Funny Face.
The football legend claims the comedian has put joy on the faces of most Ghanaians so Ghanaians should not ignore him when he needs them the most.
According to Asamoah Gyan, he called the actor following his recent emotional post and was touched by what the actor told him so he had no option but to sort him out with some 1000 cedis.
He has therefore started a campaign to raise funds for Funny Face.
Taking to social media, Asamoah Gyan posted Funny Face’s mobile money number out there and beseeched Ghanaians to follow suit.
He wrote, “I managed to call FUNNY FACE . He poured his heart out to me and I’m soo touched. I decided to start a campaign to support the guy with 1000 momo on his number (0244812335)“.
